We only vessels in the Continental United States. How long is the delivery time?

Handling time: 1-3 business days.

Shipping time: 2-5 business days.

Delivery time is usually 3-8 business days.

Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. (holiday extension).

Has my order shipped?

Can an order have multiple shipping addresses?

There is only one delivery address for each order. Please place an order separately if you want to ship to multiple delivery addresses.

Are your goods shipped too long?

If the transportation time exceeds 60 days, you can apply for a refund and resend.
